History

Lawton Company was incorporated as a General Contracting and Construction Management company in the state of NH in June of 1992 after serving the greater Salt Lake City and Park City, UT region as DA Lawton Builders since the mid-seventies. Lawton Company was established to serve the growing market of clients who desire a professional, detail-oriented and well organized approach to contracting that fulfills their building and capital improvement needs. Since that time, the company has continued to thrive as a family owned and operated business. The company averages 25 full-time employees and tradesmen engaged in General Contracting, CM work and trade services. Although the projects vary from civil construction to commercial, residential and subcontract work, the method of administering them and commitment to the Construction Management process does not change.
